Fees

The charge per session is £150 for individuals, £180 for couples and £200 for families. Some concessionary rates may be offered on discussion and each session lasts 50 minutes.

Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will not be charged for. Where less than 48 hours cancellation notice is provided, the session will always be charged at the full rate, irrespective of the reason.

Private Insurance

Melanie is an approved professional with most healthcare providers, including BUPA, AXA-PPP, Cigna, WMA, Aviva and Simply Health.

In most instances Melanie is happy for clients to refer themselves. However, if you are registered with a private healthcare insurer and wish to have the fees paid for the insurer, a referral from your GP (or with some companies, your psychiatrist) may be required in order to cover your fees. Please check with your provider what their criteria are. Some providers such as BUPA will accept either GP or psychiatrist referrals.
